A recent issue affecting inbound call services for some customers has been resolved.
All outbound services remained fully operational throughout. The disruption was linked to a fault in one of the redundant systems, which allowed a portion of calls to continue connecting successfully.
The affected system was restored through corrective action, and services are now stable. We continue to monitor performance and are reviewing the incident to prevent future occurrences.

We’re currently investigating a known issue affecting inbound call services for some customers. Outbound calls remain unaffected.
Due to the nature of the system’s redundancy (Primary/Secondary setup), a portion of calls may still connect successfully. Further updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
